Our Shipping Charge is currently $30.00 (non-refundable). We currently ship to US- Mainland, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Most orders will process and ship from our warehouse in 5 to 7 business days of the payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details when your order ships. After we ship your goods we will update your order with the tracking number. If the goods are not shipped following 5 to 7 business days of your order, we will communicate with you. The purchaser is responsible for payment of local taxes, import duties, tariffs, VAT, GST or other destination fees. The Purchaser agrees to pay delivery costs. We recommend that You consult with Your insurance company to arrange insurance for product in transit. The Purchaser shall be responsible for insurance and risk in the Goods from the time the Goods are uplifted from TechieNeeds.ecrater.com by a carrier for delivery to You, or Your nominated agent, arranged by You.

You may return most new items (must be in original condition and contain all original packaging and accessories) sold and fulfilled by TechieNeeds.ecrater.com within 10 days since shipment date for a refund or replacement. We are unable to accept goods back if they have been damaged or have excessive ware. The refund will not include the shipping fees. It might take up to 10 working days for the refund to be issued. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact. If you do, we will not accept the goods for processing and you will bear all associated costs. The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to TechieNeeds.ecrater.com. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited to your account. TechieNeeds.ecrater.com shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer purchase shipping insurance and use a tracking number when shipping the goods. Yes we maybe able to exchange your item(s) to a similar model. Please note there will be a charge - restocking fee of 10% of the value of the item. Please contact our Customer Service first. If the returned model is no longer available, replacements will be the closest available functionally equivalent model, however, TechieNeeds.ecrater.com reserves the right to replace returned products with newer models which may not be functionally compatible with the original system in which they were used.

We currently accept PAYPAL, MONEY ORDER, AND CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS as payment methods. Default currency is US dollars. Credit card payment needs to be done on the secure PayPal web site. PayPal offers secure payment method without disclosing your credit card details to us. All orders must be paid prior to shipment.
